Fujiyama offers different Japanese dishes such as rice, sushi, teriyaki chicken, vegetable, shrimps and their famous bento box, which includes some protein and rice, sushi rolls, dumplings and vegetables, a perfect combo for meal time. Each dish has the authentic taste of Japan. In addition, they have the classic sodas.
Another thing this restaurant brings from Japan is a nice robot, which works as waitress and delivers dishes ordered to the table, a unique experience in Texas Valley.
