Paleo Diet – diet based on Paleolithic years

This diet is about getting back to Paleolithic years as its name says and having a nutrition similar to the one followed then.  According to studies human body is able to adapt to this diet such as his ancestors, is on his genes, as well as that it provides benefits such as reducing allergies, weight (unlike other diets,) improve your skin and not be hungry, since the combination of meat and fish satisfies enough.  However, there are also contradictions as cravings or the flue to consume less carbs. 

Diet as it was explained is based on fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat and fish.  And regarding the food to avoid are salt, potatoes, dairy products, processed food and cereals.

Without doubt a diet you have to try, since it will help improving the type of food mainly consumed by men who are seeking to eat more protein.

In the beginnings of humanity, nutrition was based on fruits, vegetables, beat, and fish and there were no dairy products, legumes and cereals on a regular diet like today.  This way is how paleo diet was born, one of the most recommended diets for men.
