Fireworks are the milestone of July and, definitely you can’t miss them. Weslaco’s Annual Fireworks Festival is an event where a lightening sky and much more can be enjoyed.
This 4th of July you cannot miss the fifth anniversary of this great event, whereas of 5 pm to 10 pm different activities can be enjoyed as music bands, comedians for all ages, costume contest for children and pets, food contest, local artisans and food sales, and of course the fireworks spectacle to 9 pm.
The event is free of charge, as well as transportation to the Mayor Pablo G. Pena Park where it will take place, all these thanks to Valley Metro; the Metro will be passing at 275 S. Jansas Ave. Do not miss it!
