For 14 consecutive years Edinburg has presented an event where you can enjoy the best chicken dishes, ribs, brisket and rib-eye.  It is the Texas Cook’Em High Steaks, a competition seeking to benefit the community of Edinburg and Texas Valley.

This event will take place on July 6^th, in addition there will be live music, fireworks, local sellers, an area for children and of course delicious dishes with BBQ. Last year participated about 120 cookers’ teams and attended around 3,000 people.  Texas Cook’EM High Steaks will take place on HEB Park and will be totally free.  Do not miss it!
